Woodroffe School student representing England at international cross country event

The Dorset schools Year 8-9 team at the recent competition in Kent

A STUDENT of The Woodroffe School in Lyme Regis has been selected to represent England at an international cross country race in Wales this weekend. 

William Birchall (pictured left), a Year 8 student, will be competing in the SIAB International race in Pembrey, Wales, tomorrow (Saturday).

He was selected to represent England after coming fifth in his age group representing Dorset in the English Schools Cross Country Championships at Hopes Farm in Kent.
