Lyme Regis golf: Another win for in-form Steve

THE Ladies Teague foursomes at Lyme Regis Golf Club is always an interesting competition as the top eight pairs go forward and play each other in a knock-out competition.

With all to play for, the qualifying eight couples are: Susan Moore and Julia Coote – 63, Sandra Barclay and Di Harris – 63.5, Di Smith and Sassy Hay – 66, Jean Jolley and Felicity Horton – 66, Cyndy Mudford and Kate Helm – 66.5, Linda Richmond and Debbie Shinners – 70.5, Jenny Scott and Ros Clemmans – 72, Amy Mudford and Beth Rowlands-Rees -72.

The Seniors’ March stableford was played on a rearranged day but this did not stop the in-form Steve Harlow from claiming another win as, after a faltering start, he came home with a 2 under par 34 points on the 16-hole layout with Arthur Daines second on 32.
