Uplyme Parish Council appoints new clerk

UPLYME Parish Council would like to take this opportunity to thank Ricky Neave for all his hard work and efforts during his five years’ service as the clerk to the council. We wish Ricky all the best for the future.

We have now appointed Anne-Marie Bates as the new clerk to the council and would like to wish her every success in her new role.

Please note the parish council contact details are now as follows:

Thank you to parish councillors who have been busy and volunteering their time to carry out some maintenance work in the play area at King George V, also at Stafford Mount Gardens ready for spring.

Uplyme Parish Council has a casual vacancy for a parish councillor, and our current parish tree warden will soon be retiring.

If you are interested in either of these volunteering positions, please visit our website for more information or contact the parish clerk.

The parish council is still currently having monthly Zoom meetings which residents are welcome to join. Information of these meetings can be found on the website or noticeboard.

We will let you know when face-to-face meetings resume again; these will be held in the village hall.
