THE Town Mill is hosting a Christmas party on Saturday, November 30 to tie in with the switching-on of Lyme Regis’ festive illuminations.
Residents and visitors are being welcomed to the Town Mill complex before or after the big switch-on in Broad Street at 5.15pm.
There will be live music in the festoon-lit courtyard from local duo Guilty Pleasure. Lyme Regis Brewery will be showcasing its newly-expanded venue and serving its craft beers and some special Christmas drinks till late, while the neighbouring Courtyard Café will be serving hot festive food suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Artisan businesses at the Town Mill will be also be open until 8pm, with Molesworth and Bird offering a 10 per cent discount to help you get started with your Christmas shopping.
Both of the mill’s art galleries will be open, with Pop up Vintage and Mike Mcgoran’s exhibition ‘Beneath the Trees’, and chestnuts will be roasted on an open fire.
Christmas Trees for Life are also back this season, so come along and ‘adopt’ your tree for the festive period.
The Town Mill will also be hosting a Father Christmas experience on December 14 and 15.
Book now for £5, which will include writing a letter to Santa, decorating a decoration for the Santa tree, making Christmas cookies, a Christmas trail and meeting Santa and receiving a gift.
