THE Town Mill in Lyme Regis is seeking recipes made with its own stone-ground flour for a new book.
If you have a recipe using the mill’s wheat, rye or spelt flour, it could be featured in the latest book to be released to raise funds for the historic attraction.
There are four recipe categories you can enter – bread, savoury, sweet and children’s. Children’s recipes should be either edible foods or crafts made from flour.
Your entry should also include 50 words about yourself and why you like the recipe, and can be sent to email@example.com by September 4 for consideration.
The Town Mill’s volunteer leader, visitor experience and gallery manager Petrina Muscroft said: “During lockdown the Town Mill continued to mill and supply flour to the local community and now would like to understand just how our flour is being used and share in our book.”
