Lyme Regis annual town meeting to be held virtually

THE annual town meeting of Lyme Regis electors will be held virtually on Thursday, April 29.

This date differs to the previously advertised date of Friday, April 23 due to the period of national mourning for the Duke of Edinburgh.

Lyme Regis Town Council will be presenting its annual accounts and Corporate Plan for 2021 to 2026 at the meeting, and there will also be reports from Dorset Council ward member Daryl Turner and Dorset Police.

Local organisations which have received grants from the town council will also be given the opportunity to give feedback.

The meeting will then move to open session, with all electors able to raise local issues. To ensure smooth running of the meeting, questions should be emailed in advance to enquiries@lymeregistowncouncill.gov.uk

The meeting will be held via video conferencing app Zoom and the link to join can be found on the agenda at www.lymeregistowncouncil.gov.uk
