THERE were no coronavirus-related deaths in the Lyme Regis area between March and November 2020, according to new figures released by the Office of National Statistics.
Zero COVID-19 deaths were recorded during this nine-month period in Lyme Regis, Charmouth and the Marshwood Vale.
A total of three deaths were recorded in Bridport and West Bay, one in the Burton Bradstock and Chideock area, and two in the Beaminster, Maiden Newton and Halstock area.
Across the East Devon border, Kilminton, Colyton and Uplyme also recorded zero coronavirus-related deaths between March and November.
However, there were 10 in Axminster, 12 in Seaton and four in Honiton. Most of these were in the earlier half of the year.
