Co-op staff to walk marathon distance for Mind

STAFF at the Co-op store in Lyme Regis are raising funds for mental health charity Mind.

The Broad Street shop has selected Mind as its charity of the year and staff will be getting behind the campaign as they walk a marathon distance up and down Lyme Regis seafront.

The sponsored event will be held on Wednesday, November 13 and customers have already been pledging their support with a collection bucket in store having already raised £600 over the past two weeks.

The Co-op staff are hoping to reach a target of £1,000.
