WATCH: Landance in Lyme

CROWDS gathered on Lyme Regis seafront this weekend to watch interpretive dance event Landance.

The event included two performances on Friday and Saturday, with dancers starting on Gun Cliff Walk and making their way along the seafront to the sand beach.

They were accompanied by City of Bristol Poet Vanessa Kisuule, who has featured on Radio 1, ‘Woman’s Hour’, and ‘Blue Peter’, who performed a specially-written piece for the first time.

Funded by Arts Council England, Landance in Lyme explored the effects of climate change on coastal communities such as West Dorset and celebrated this exceptional stretch of Jurassic Coast.
