Start of festive season at Town Mill galleries

TWO new exhibitions opening on November 2 herald the start of the festive season at the Town Mill galleries in Lyme Regis.

The Winter Art Fair in the Malthouse Gallery will be featuring seasonal artwork by members of the Town Mill Arts group, including enticing painting, sculptures, drawings, pottery, textiles, jewellery and books. A perfect venue for early Christmas shopping, the fair will run until November 21.

Over at the Courtyard Gallery, an exhibition entitled ‘Dorset Artists’ will showcase work created by talented local artists, each of whom has a distinctive vision of the county and its coastal scenes, colours, textures and landscapes. The exhibition will be open until November 28.
