All Lyme football matches postponed

THE weather is playing havoc with the local football programme yet again.

All three Seasiders’ fixtures have been postponed after heavy overnight rain.

The first team were due to travel to Alphington Reserves in the East Devon Senior Cup; the Reserves were at home to Exwick and the Rovers were travelling to Chard Rangers Reserves in the Bill Bailey Cup.

The Charmouth v Misterton Reserves game in Perry Street Division Two has also been called off.

The Davey Fort Clubhouse will be opened at 4pm.
