LYME Regis Fossil Festival will return over the Bank Holiday weekend of May 5 and 6, and organisers are looking for volunteers to held with the event.

The popular science festival is being organised by a new team this year, led by expert geologist Richard Edmonds, and will include stands and activities for all ages run by the Natural History Museum, The Palaeontological Association and many other science organisations.

There will also be a full schedule of talks that will take place on Friday and Saturday evening at the Masonic Hall in Broad Street, and walks available to book during the day on Saturday and Sunday.
