Bowls club boosts Lifeboat Week total

THE record-breaking total raised during this year’s Lifeboat Week has been boosted by a further £200 thanks to Lyme Regis Bowls Club. 

It was announced in September that Lyme Regis Lifeboat Week raised an all-time record of  £34,765 for the RNLI.

Lyme Regis Bowls Club captain Alan Nabarro presented a cheque for a further £200 to lifeboat crew members at their training session on Sunday.

The donation was raised during the club’s annual Lifeboat Week bowling drive.
