LYME Regis-based youth music organisation B Sharp is delighted to have been selected as one of the two charity partners for Farmfest 2019.
Held at Bruton in Somerset from July 25 to 27, the festival promises an incredible mix of music from emerging talents, cult heroes and local gems, bolstered by inspiring arts activities, dedicated family spaces, amazing charities and great local produce.
Headline acts include Morcheeba, and James Holden and the Animal Spirits.
During the festival, B Sharp will be running a music workshop for young people in the Kids Kingdom and a pop-up choir for all ages in the Acoustic Sett, along with an interactive karaoke act around the festival.
The activities will be led by B Sharp’s music leaders and young music leaders, who will also have the opportunity to talk about the work that B Sharp does with young people.
B Shar director Ruth Cohen said: “We’re grateful to Farmfest who will donate a proportion of the ticket sales fees to B Sharp. This will support us to help young people across the region make music.
“The festival looks great – have a look at the line up and do come and support us!”
