Living Spit’s ‘Living Quiz’ heads to Dorset

A FIRM favourite with audiences across Dorset following previous sell-out tours with ‘The Six Wives of Henry V111’, ‘One Man & His Cow’ and ‘Giants of Science’ to name but a few, the inimitable duo Living Spit are heading back to Dorset to present three special nights of their latest madcap production through Artsreach, the county’s touring arts charity.

‘The Living Quiz’ is a quiz night with a twist! Every question is performed live: acted, sung, mimed or danced by Living Spit’s very own Howard Coggins and Stu Mcloughlin.

Armed with just a guitar, double bass and a ukulele, they mix improvisation techniques with their own inimitable performance style and apply them to the tired pub quiz format, resulting in a unique, live quiz experience that’s never the same twice.

“A brilliant feast of fun… these hugely talented comedic actors kept the audience captivated and tickled” – North Somerset Mercury *****

So grab your granny, corral your colleagues, muster your mates and assemble your in-laws! Form your team and compete to win a very special, mystery star prize.

‘The Living Quiz’ will be held at Charmouth Village Hall on Tuesday, June 11 at 7.45pm (call 07967 759 135 for tickets); at Broadmayne Vilage Hall on Wednesday, June 13 at 7.30pm (07443 659912); and Winterborne Stickland Village Hall on Thursday, June 13 at 7.30pm (01258 880920).
