Jump in your yellow submarine, Beatlemania is back!

A CELEBRATION of what is widely considered one of the world’s greatest bands of all time is to be held at the Marine Theatre in Lyme Regis, which is playing host to the Upbeat Beatles, a tribute act to the Fab Four who regularly have audiences dancing in the aisles.

The Upbeat Beatles provide a full two-hour show that charts the band’s incredible journey, from the early Cavern days to Beatlemania, colonising America, ‘Sergeant Pepper’, through to the iconic ‘Abbey Road’.

The show – featuring some of the finest musicians on the scene – also includes narration alongside full visual explosion, elevating this tribute act into a fully immersive Beatle experience.

The Upbeat Beatles’ powerhouse vocals, precise harmonies, and tight-knit musicianship position them as a stand-out tribute act – and after eight bars of ‘Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds’ you will know just why they are heralded as such.

This event is for everyone to enjoy – both established Beatles fans and fans of good quality music and singing can ‘Twist and Shout’ to the Upbeat Beatles.

The concert will be held this Saturday (September 14) at the Marine Theatre. Tickets cost £23 in advance or £26 on the door. To book, call 01297 442138 or visit www.marinetheatre.com
