Brass band playing hip hop in Lyme Regis

HAILING from the streets of London and raised on jazz and punk, Dat Brass is a high octane, ten piece brass outfit which plays hip-hop and jazz.

Playing original music alongside samples, this energetic brass ensemble manage to keep every performance fresh with high levels of improvisation.

Known for their exuberant stage presence, Dat Brass have built a reputation as an energetic live experiences, with appearances at London venues such as Alexandra Palace, Blues Kitchen, Brixton Hootananny, O2 Forum, Pop Brixton and Scala.

The Roundhouse praised their performance as “unforgettable”.

They will be coming to the Marine Theatre in Lyme Regis at 8pm on Saturday, November 17, with support from Napkings featuring Chiman 101 and VNC.
