FOOD fans in Lyme Regis are being encouraged to ‘try something new’ at the Pop-Up Kitchen.

The new venture, run by Ali McLoughlin of catering company Dottie Kitchen, recently opened in Broad Street will host a varied selection of guest chefs and food producers serving up their dishes to eat in or takeaway, as well as special foodie events, suppers, tasting evenings and more.

Ali’s own Dottie Kitchen, which proved a hit when operating from another premises in Broad Street, returns with its fresh and healthy lunch menus, and Teapots Vegan Kitchen will be another regular in The Pop Up Kitchen.

The Monmouth Table will be offering fish suppers, while Global Mix will be serving Portuguese tapas and cocktails and Mercato Italiano will provide the finest Italian produce.

The programme of guest chefs and events is expected to expand over the coming weeks so check the website and social media for the latest updates.

The Pop Up Kitchen is also available to hire for local organisations, meetings and private parties.
