Town Mill volunteers thanked for hard work

VOLUNTEERS from the Town Mill in Lyme Regis celebrated the start of the new year with a thank you meal for all their hard work during the past 12 months.

Volunteers are the backbone of the Town Mill and support the local historical site in a variety of ways, including as gardeners, gallery stewards, front of house, millers and bagging ladies. They all tucked into a three course meal cooked by their volunteer co-ordinator and former chef Petrina Muscroft.

The mill is always looking for new volunteers to join the team. They can choose when and how they support the attraction, with flexible volunteering hours available.

If you are interested in being part of the volunteering team, contact petrinatownmill@gmail.com for more information.
