‘Infourmation’ at The Gallery

NO, it’s not a misprint, ‘Infourmation’ is a special showcase of recent work by four friends from West Dorset, who produce very different types of art.

Michael Chappell, Tracy Linwood, Kathy Hallsworth and Charles Hallsworth  have come together for the exhibition hosted by Lyme Bay Arts at The Gallery at the Symondsbury Estate, near Bridport.

While there are common themes and echoes of stylistic similarities to be found in their work, this exhibition illuminates each artist’s way of seeing and internalising the world around them. It will offer visitors a chance to share the struggles, determination and humour that were required to produce each piece.

‘Infourmation’ runs from March 12 to 25 at The Gallery (DT6 6HG), which is open daily from 10.30 am to 4.30pm.  Admission is free and parking is available in the estate’s car park.
